Sensors
Sensors are an important aspect of a system that is becoming increasing important in day o day activities. Sensing platforms that are customized for detection of specific analyte molecules can be useful in biotechnology, medicine, defense, and space applications. Further portability, minimizing false negatives, and sensitivity are key aspects of a successfully operating sensor. GMT and its collaborators are working on the design and development of various sensing platforms that can be useful in applications related to transportation, defense, and aerospace technologies.

University & Industry Partners
GMT personnel have active collaboration with University researchers on topics indicated in our experitse page. The partnerships are established based on the needs of the project and are designed with clear objectives and deliverables. GMT operates with its collaborators based on MoUs for joint development of technologies and/or products. Proprietary information are handled through negotiations with the goal to make the technological advancement commercially viable and marketable.
Since we are located in Northern Nevada, we have active and continuing partnership with the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). GMT is extremely thankful for the support from UNR.
GMT has identified other local and regional working partners and strives for establishing platforms for collaborations that can promote local and regional employment opportunities.
